Kato Peragine is a New Fairfield, Connecticut–based professional drummer specializing in classic rock, hard rock, and ’80s metal. With decades of live and studio experience, Kato brings a powerful, steady feel and deep musical instinct to every performance.
He is currently the drummer for Not Sorry, a high-energy classic rock band performing corporate events, private functions, and public shows throughout the region. With Not Sorry, Kato recently performed at the Dream Ride Experience, celebrating its 25th anniversary and raising $7.65 million for the Hometown Foundation.
Kato’s career includes performances at Madison Square Garden and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, as well as work with artists and bands including Britny Fox, The Good Rats, Soulshake, Blackjack Betty, Johnny Bhive, and Teazer. He has been a DW Drums endorser for nearly 30 years.
